At Boei, we stand behind the quality of every piece we design. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn and unused
• In their original condition with all tags attached
• In the original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
• Items without original tags
• Sale or final sale items

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at boeiofficial.lb@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or style, please contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.
